Ray Tancredi is the Founder and President of Pharma Evolve LLC, where he creates innovative pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy solutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. With over 30 years of experience in managed care, pharmacy, and specialty pharmacy development, Ray leverages his deep expertise to help pharmaceutical organizations navigate market challenges, streamline processes, and maximize their impact on patient care.

Prior to founding Pharma Evolve LLC, Ray served as Divisional Vice President of Pharma Relations and Specialty Pharmacy Development at Walgreens. During his tenure at Walgreens, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to pharmaceutical account management, business processes, and specialty pharmacy trade functions. His leadership focused on building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, expanding access to limited distribution drugs (LDDs), and driving innovative solutions for specialty pharmacy services. Key accomplishments include:

•  Specialty Pharmacy Product Access: Ray played a key role in managing manufacturer relationships, hub services, and patient referrals, ensuring that patients had timely access to specialty medications.
• Contract Negotiation and Compliance: He was responsible for driving impactful agreements and ensuring seamless implementation of contracts, aligning Walgreens with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Pharma Programs and Services: Ray oversaw the integration of data analysis, reporting, RFP support, and the coordination of clinical initiatives and patient services, improving the overall patient experience.
•  Manufacturer Collaboration: He led the management of strategic accounts, optimizing contract value and delivering exceptional service to pharmaceutical partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
